Guide · Choosing support

Choose the team behind the promise.

Look for a clear scope, direct responsibility and accounts that stay yours. Ask to see how the work will actually happen.

Read the guide

The idea, in three points.

  1. 01

    Scope

What will be delivered and when?

  2. 02

    Ownership

Who controls the website and accounts?

  3. 03

    Responsibility

Who does the work and reviews it with you?

Ask for concrete deliverables

A service name is not a scope. Ask for the pages, campaigns, reviews or workflows included. Separate the setup from ongoing maintenance and ask how changes will be agreed.

Make ownership explicit

  • Domain and hosting access.
  • Advertising and business-profile accounts.
  • Content, reporting and customer data.
  • What you receive when the work ends.

Ask how progress will be reviewed

Request an explanation of the measures, their limits and how decisions are made. A useful review should connect the work with the next action. Be cautious of guaranteed rankings, leads or AI mentions.

Meet the people doing the work

Ask who builds, who communicates and who is responsible for corrections. At Growlan, you work directly with the team delivering the work, in English or Spanish.

Meet Growlan

Before we begin

Is a larger team always better?
Size alone does not tell you whether a team fits. Compare the skills, availability and responsibilities your project needs.
What should a proposal make clear?
Deliverables, responsibilities, budget, timing, account ownership and how progress will be reviewed.

Your next step starts here.
